The help path that stays inside Diwa Wow

When something breaks, the help path is the support entry inside the Diwa Wow account. This briefing can tell you what to prepare. It cannot open a ticket.

Prepare a boring summary

Write the time, the last four digits of the mobile number, the status word, and the reference. Leave out your PIN, OTP, and full bank account.

One summary is better than ten screenshots of the whole screen with notifications showing.

Use the in-app entry

Support that can see your account lives in the app. A social profile with a similar name cannot.

If you are logged out and the code will not arrive, say that plainly in whatever recovery form the app offers. Do not buy a code.

What we will not do

We will not reset passwords, approve KYC, push payouts, or join a call. Messages that claim we will are false.

We will not look at identity documents sent to the website.

After you send the summary

Wait for the in-app reply. A person who contacts you first, asking for a fee, did not come from that ticket.

Keep playing only if you still want to, inside your cap. A ticket is not a reason to stake more.
